| The site does not open / certificate error | Check the domain's A record points to this server and ports 80/443 are open (ufw allow 80,443/tcp). docker compose logs web shows certificate errors. |
| "The API did not start" | docker compose logs api. Most often too little memory (2 GB needed). |
| Lost the setup token | grep SETUP_TOKEN .env |
| "This purchase code is already active on …" | Deactivate it on the old installation, or contact support with your purchase code. |
| "The license server could not be reached" | The server needs outgoing HTTPS. Try curl -I https://license.infotech.center on the server. |
| Signed out after every refresh | On plain HTTP set SECURE_COOKIE=false in .env, or use a domain with HTTPS. |
