Source code package

The source package adds source/: the Spring Boot API (spring-admin, Java 21, PostgreSQL 16, Flyway) and the React app (infotech-admin-web, TypeScript, Vite). Build your own install package with source/release/build-release.sh (needs JDK 21, Maven 3.9, Node 20+). Developer documentation is in source/spring-admin/docs.
