Your subscription and billing
Settings › Subscription & billing shows your current plan, lets you renew it or change to another plan with an online payment, and keeps all your invoices. Paying renews your plan right away, and you get an invoice for every payment.
Only the shop owner can open this page. Staff do not see it.
Your current plan
The top of the page shows Current plan:
- The plan's name, with a Trial badge during a trial or Lifetime for a lifetime account.
- When it renews or ends, for example "Renews on 12 Mar 2027 · 30 days left", or "Trial ends on …".
- Your usage against the plan's limits: Stores, Users and Products, for example "Users 4 / 5".
Lifetime accounts have no limits and no plans to buy; the rest of this page does not apply to them.
Plans
Under Plans you see the plans available for your type of business (for example restaurant or retail), with:
- The price per period, plus the tax and total when the platform charges tax.
- The limits: stores, users and products.
- A description, if the platform gives one.
Your current plan is marked Current. If your shop already uses more stores, users or products than a plan allows, the plan says so ("Your shop uses more stores, users or products than this plan allows.") and you cannot choose it. To buy it, first bring your usage within its limits.
Pay for a plan
- On the plan, choose:
- Renew to pay for another period of your current plan.
- Pay now to pay for your current plan during a trial or after it expired.
- Choose plan to change to another plan.
- Check the summary: plan, period, tax and Total.
- Under Pay with, choose a payment method, for example card through Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay, whichever the platform offers.
- Choose Pay. You are taken to the payment provider's own secure page. Your card details are entered there and never reach the POS.
- After paying, you come back to the billing page. It shows Confirming your payment… for a few seconds, then the result.
| Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Payment received | Your subscription is active until the date shown, and the invoice number is shown. |
| Payment not confirmed yet | The provider has not confirmed the payment yet. Your plan renews automatically as soon as it does; do not pay again. |
| Payment failed | The payment did not go through. You were not charged. |
| Payment cancelled | You left the payment page. Nothing was charged. |
If the page says "Online payment is not available yet. Contact support to renew your subscription.", the platform has not switched on online payment; contact the platform's support.
When does the new period start?
- Renewing the same plan while it is running: the new period starts when the current one ends, so you lose no days. Your limits stay as they are.
- Paying during a trial for the same plan: the paid period starts when the trial ends.
- Changing to another plan, or paying after your plan expired: the new plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, with that plan's limits and add-ons. Unused days of the old plan are not refunded or credited.
Example: a café on a monthly plan that ends on 30 June opens two more branches and needs more stores. On 20 June the owner chooses the "Restaurant Pro" plan and pays. The new plan starts at once with its higher store limit; the last ten days of the old plan are not credited, so it is best to change plan close to the renewal date.
Payments do not renew automatically. You pay again for each period.
Reminders and expiry
- A few days before your plan or trial ends, you get a reminder email (when the platform has reminders switched on).
- If it ends without payment, your shop is suspended: the plan line shows "Expired on … — sales and changes are paused until you pay." The add-ons that came with the plan go off.
- The billing page stays open while you are suspended. Pay, and the suspension is lifted at once.
- Your data is never deleted when a plan expires.
Invoices
The Invoices list shows every payment you started:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Invoice | The invoice number (or "Not paid") and the date. |
| Plan | The plan paid for. |
| Period | The dates the payment covers. |
| Total | The amount including tax. |
| Paid with | The payment provider. |
| Status | Paid, Pending, Failed or Expired. |
Use the download button on a paid invoice to get it as a PDF. Only paid invoices have a number. An unpaid checkout is closed after a day and shows Expired; if the payment still arrives later, it is applied anyway.
