A complete school, one calm place

Infotech School runs the whole school year: admission, classes and routines, attendance, exams and results, fees, notices and everything around them, for schools, madrasas and colleges in Bangladesh and abroad. Office staff work in the web app; teachers, guardians and students have a phone app. Each school's data is kept apart from every other school.

Students and admission

Fees and finance

• Fee heads and structures, monthly invoices, late fines and reminders
• The fee counter with printed receipts and the cashier's day close
• Guardians pay online with bKash, Nagad or SSLCommerz
• Waivers and refunds with approval, defaulters, reports, finance books and budgets

Communication and operations

• Notices and a notice board, SMS with saved texts and credits, in-app and email notifications
• Library, hostels, inventory and assets, school transport with live bus position, visitors, conduct and clubs

Infotech manages every school from its own console: plans priced per active student, add-ons with free trials, online invoices, a grace period then read-only access, audit and access logs, and support tools such as reading out a parent's sign-in code. Schools can connect Infotech HRM and Accounting.
