Overview

The Infotech Self-Service Kiosk lets guests order and pay on a tablet without a cashier.

What you need

• An Android tablet or iPad, ideally in a kiosk stand
• For card payments: a Nearpay-supported terminal
• For receipts: a supported thermal printer (Nyx printers are built in on some kiosk devices)
• An Infotech account with an active subscription

The guest journey

1. Choose dine-in, takeaway or delivery.
2. Browse categories, add items and choose options.
3. Review the cart and apply a coupon.
4. Pay by card or cash.
5. Take the printed receipt with its ZATCA QR code.
