Setup wizard

1. Server: shows the checks (database, encryption key, email) and asks for the setup token (printed by the installer; also in docker compose logs api). The token stops anyone else from claiming a fresh installation.
2. License: enter your purchase code and the application URL. It is activated for that domain.
3. Administrator: your product name (shown on sign-in, menus, emails and invoices), support email and the first super administrator account.

The wizard closes for good once the administrator exists. Sign in at /login.
