Working with orders

Order cards

Each card shows the order number, table or order type, guest count and the items with their sizes, options and notes. A timer shows how long the order has been waiting.

Update items

• Tap Start to move an item, or the whole ticket, to Cooking.
• Tap Ready when it is done.
• Use the status filter to see Pending, Processing or Finished orders.
• Search for an order number to find it quickly.

Alerts

New orders play a sound and appear at the end of the board. Orders that wait too long change colour so they stand out.
